Academic Coordinator for Classes III to V - Profile (Paragraph Form):

The Academic Coordinator for Classes III to V plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth academic functioning and holistic development of students in the primary wing. The coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing the curriculum in alignment with school goals and educational standards. They support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and the effective use of teaching-learning materials. Regular classroom observations, feedback sessions, and training workshops are conducted by the coordinator to maintain high teaching standards. The coordinator also monitors students' academic progress, oversees assessments, and collaborates with parents to address any learning concerns. Acting as a bridge between school leadership and the teaching staff, the Academic Coordinator ensures consistency, innovation, and excellence in education delivery for classes III to V.
