Academic Coordinator - ICSE School (Class 3 to Class 12)(Female Only)

Location:

Qualification:

D.Ed / B.Ed

Experience:

5-7 years (ICSE school experience preferred)

Language Requirement:

Excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Implement academic planning and ICSE curriculum from

Class 3 to Class 12

. Support teachers with ICSE syllabus delivery, lesson plans, teaching methods, and project guidelines. Conduct classroom observations across all grades and give feedback to improve teaching quality. Oversee internal assessments, unit tests, and term exams as per ICSE evaluation norms. Guide teachers in preparing question papers, worksheets, and project-based assessments. Maintain academic documentation--lesson plans, assessments, attendance, and ICSE compliance files. Organize teacher orientation, training sessions, and academic review meetings. Monitor student performance and plan remedial classes and enrichment activities. Coordinate PTMs and ensure strong academic communication with parents. Ensure readiness for ICSE audits, inspections, and academic reporting.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of ICSE curriculum (Class 2 to Class 12). Excellent communication & leadership skills. Classroom observation, academic planning, and teacher mentoring abilities. Proficiency in MS Office / school ERP.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
