The role involves supporting faculty, managing timetables, ensuring curriculum delivery, maintaining academic quality, and serving as a key liaison between students, teachers, and management.
Prepare academic calendars, class schedules, and examination timetables.
Coordinate with faculty members to ensure syllabus completion within timelines.
Organize and supervise internal assessments, examinations, and academic events.
Monitor daily academic operations and address scheduling or logistical issues promptly.
2. Faculty Support & Supervision
Assist in faculty onboarding, orientation, and classroom allocation.
Coordinate substitute arrangements and maintain faculty attendance records.
Facilitate communication between faculty and administration for smooth academic operations.
3. Student Support & Engagement
Address student academic concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain student attendance, performance, and feedback reports.
Coordinate counseling sessions, remedial classes, and co-curricular academic activities.
4. Communication & Coordination
Act as a communication link between faculty, students, and management.
Prepare and circulate notices, schedules, and academic updates.
Organize parent-teacher meetings, academic reviews, and performance discussions.
5. Quality Assurance & Documentation
Maintain accurate academic records, reports, and documentation.
Support accreditation, audits, and inspections by maintaining compliance-related data.
Monitor adherence to institutional policies, standards, and academic guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate degree (B.Ed / M.Ed preferred for schools; MBA / MA / M.Sc. for colleges or institutes).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in academic coordination, administration, or teaching.
Preferred Background:
Schools, colleges, or educational training centers.
