Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Curriculum Development:

Collaborates with faculty to develop, review, and update curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives.

Program and Course Coordination:

Plans and organizes course schedules, manages academic calendars, and ensures the smooth execution of academic programs.

Student Support and Advising:

Provides guidance to students on academic requirements, course selection, and program progression, as well as addressing their behavioral or academic issues.

Faculty and Staff Support:

Acts as a link between faculty, students, and administrators, provides feedback on lesson plans, and supports staff in professional development.

Administrative Tasks:

Manages student records, prepares reports, maintains academic systems, and ensures compliance with educational policies.

Operational Oversight:

Coordinates and organizes academic events, monitors teaching quality, and ensures the overall smooth functioning of academic operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in education or a related field is often required.

Experience:
