Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials Align curriculum with academic standards, learning objectives, and best instructional practices Conduct research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and inclusivity Collaborate with educators, trainers, and subject matter experts to refine content Review, update, and improve existing curricula based on feedback and performance data Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into curriculum design Ensure materials meet accessibility and quality standards Support implementation of curriculum through training or guidance as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Studies, or a related field (Master's preferred) Proven experience in curriculum development or instructional design Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional strategies Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects Align curriculum with academic standards, learning objectives, and best instructional practices Conduct research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and inclusivity Collaborate with educators, trainers, and subject matter experts to refine content Review, update, and improve existing curricula based on feedback and performance data Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into curriculum design Ensure materials meet accessibility and quality standards Support implementation of curriculum through training or guidance as needed
