Role Overview
The Academic Coordinator cum Counsellor will be responsible for managing academic operations, supporting students and parents, ensuring smooth class coordination, and guiding students with the right academic roadmap. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a student-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities Academic Coordination
Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily classes, tests, and academic activities.
Maintain academic records, attendance, timetables, and faculty schedules.
Ensure smooth execution of academic programs as per institute guidelines.
Coordinate with faculty for lecture planning, assessments, and progress tracking.
Monitor student performance and share timely updates with parents.
Student Counselling
Interact with students regularly to understand their academic needs and challenges.
Provide guidance related to study plans, exam preparation, and performance improvement.
Address student concerns related to academics, stress, and motivation.
Counsel students on course selection, career goals, and institute policies.
Parent Interaction
Conduct academic review meetings with parents.
Share performance reports, attendance updates, and behavior observations.
Handle parent queries professionally and maintain a positive relationship.
Administration & Support
Assist in admission counselling and enquiry handling when required.
Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
Support center head in daily operational activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Science background preferred but not mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
Ability to multitask, manage academic data, and coordinate with multiple teams.
Positive attitude, patience, and student-centric mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiner or someone who can join within a short notice period.
Fresher to 3 years of experience in academic coordination, counselling, or administration.
Experience in coaching institutes (JEE/NEET) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
