We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our ACCA programs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to grow within a fast-paced academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating ACCA classes, exams, and faculty sessions.
Act as a liaison between faculty, students, and the academic management team.
Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student performance data.
Support onboarding processes for new students and provide academic guidance.
Handle student queries and follow up on academic-related issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of academic activities.
Help ensure adherence to ACCA guidelines and academic standards.
Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Management, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in academic coordination or administrative roles.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge or background in ACCA curriculum is an added advantage.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
