Oversee daily academic activities for all language programs (English, French, German, Spanish, IELTS, PTE, CELPIP etc.).
Prepare class schedules and allocate trainers as per batch requirements.
Monitor lesson plans, teaching methodology, and training quality.
Ensure all courses follow the institute's curriculum standards.
2. Trainer Management
Coordinate with language trainers for their schedules, availability, and performance.
Conduct regular meetings with trainers to ensure academic consistency.
Facilitate training and development programs for faculty.
3. Student Management
Maintain student records, attendance, performance reports, and feedback.
Resolve academic queries and ensure student satisfaction.
Support student onboarding and batch allocation.
4. Quality Control
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.
Maintain academic discipline, punctuality, and delivery quality across all language classes.
Ensure teaching material, books, and digital content are updated.
5. Operational Coordination
Coordinate with the front desk, counsellors, and management for smooth workflow.
Create weekly and monthly academic reports.
Assist in planning new courses, workshops, and academic events.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education/Arts/Languages preferred).
1-3 years of experience in academic coordination or training management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple trainers and large student groups.
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Basic knowledge of different language programs is an advantage.
