About Holy Hearts Academy:

We are seeking a

qualified, dynamic, and passionate Academic Coordinator

to oversee academic operations, mentor teachers, and actively participate in classroom teaching to ensure engaging and effective learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the

academic affairs

of the school on a daily basis. Ensure that

teachers perform their duties effectively

and maintain teaching standards. Regularly

check students' notebooks, classwork, and lesson progress

to monitor teaching outcomes. Provide

constructive feedback, mentorship, and support

to teachers to help them improve their teaching techniques.

Teach selected classes

and demonstrate

interactive, student-centered, and engaging teaching methods

. Develop lesson plans, organise classroom activities, and implement innovative ideas to enhance learning. Plan and organize

academic events, competitions, and workshops

for students. Coordinate between management, staff, and parents to ensure smooth academic functioning. Handle academic challenges, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with fairness and professionalism. Ensure timely

completion of syllabus, assessments, and academic reports

. Introduce and encourage

creative teaching techniques

that make learning fun, practical, and impactful.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

Master's Degree in any discipline.

Mandatory Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.).

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of teaching or academic coordination experience preferred.
