Conduct the recruitment process for new team members, ensuring they align with organizational values and mission.
Provide necessary training for new hires, including training for counsellors and trainers.
Oversee the observation and performance evaluation of new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
Student Assigning
:
Ensure students are allocated to the correct trainers and courses based on their needs and skills.
Demo Training & Sessions Handling
:
Coordinate and conduct demo training sessions.
Handle sessions in the absence of the designated trainer, ensuring consistency in teaching.
Take premium sessions if necessary, directed by the management.
Trainer's Team Building
:
Foster a team-building environment among trainers.
Implement a closing approach in parent interactions, maintaining professionalism and respect.
New Head Training
:
Ensure that newly hired (Arabic or other) receive proper orientation and training to meet organizational standards.
Counselling Sessions & Meetings
:
Conduct regular meetings with counsellors.
Provide necessary counselling materials for effective sales of counsellors.
Syllabus Rectification & Review
:
Regularly review and rectify the syllabus where necessary to keep up with the latest educational standards.
AP Vacation Plans
:
To complete the AP vacation plans by Friday, including counselling material.
Admin & Weekly Meetings
:
Lead weekly meetings with administrative staff and the broader team to ensure smooth operations.
10. Content Creation & Review
:
Supervise the creation and review of key content, such as main posters, social media content, and course materials.
Counselling materials should be delivered to counselling heads in time.
Prepare social media content for pages (daily), like posters, etc.
Provide content for Social media pages as well as marketing campaigns.
11. Video Production
:
Ensure that videos are taken and published as per the set schedule.
Ad content giving and ensuring that the AP shoot is scheduled with the new video presenter and is attended in person by the head.
12. Reporting :
Provide weekly and monthly reports regarding Arabic Plus to the management, respectively.
