- Should have good hold over Grammar.
- Should have good typing speed.
- Should be able to deliver Plagiarism free writing.
- Should be Critical-thinker.
- Have to deliver 2500 words per day.
- Have to write on the given topic within the given time.
- Provident Fund (PF).
- ESI.
- Health Insurance.
- Saturday & Sunday (fixed off)
