Academic Content Specialist – Operations

Job Description

Write, edit, and proofread academic?style content for course materials, candidate profiles, and institutional communication. Prepare and manage applications for healthcare?related licensing, registration, and higher?education admissions. Draft and structure professional portfolios, CVs, SOPs, and supporting documents for candidates. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with guidelines across all candidate documentation.? Coordinate with operations, admissions, and support teams to ensure timely submission of applications and portfolios.
4. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in allied health science. Strong academic writing, editing, and research skills. Experience in preparing applications, SOPs, or portfolios (education, healthcare, or recruitment background is a plus). Experience in healthcare education or allied?health recruitment is preferred. Comfort with structured documentation, attention to detail, and deadline?oriented work. Proficient in Microsoft office tools, specifically MS Office.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
