Key Responsibilities
Content Management
Coordinate with the Content Head to collect and organize study material for various exams (CAT, CLAT, IPM, CMAT, etc.).
Assist the typist team in formatting and preparing content (tables, sheets, PDFs, etc.).
Upload and schedule online tests on the student portal as per deadlines.
Prepare and share test performance reports.
Provide basic tech support for app and website-related issues (uploads, mapping, student access).
Operations Support
Handle student queries related to test portals, apps, and schedules.
Share weekly batch schedules with academic staff and students via WhatsApp.
Manage Zoom accounts (link generation, recordings, etc.).
Oversee WhatsApp groups for announcements, events, reminders, and updates.
Maintain book inventory and coordinate new stock orders.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in academic operations, EdTech, or admin support.
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Sheets) and digital tools like Zoom & WhatsApp for Business.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
