with a background in telesales, academic counseling, or inside sales. In this role, you will guide prospective students in selecting the most suitable
Digital Marketing courses
based on their career goals. Your primary objective will be to drive course enrollments by engaging leads effectively and providing personalized academic advice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one academic counseling sessions with potential students via phone, email, and online platforms.
Understand individual career aspirations and recommend appropriate
Digital Marketing programs
such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
Accurately update and maintain lead interactions and enrollment data in the CRM system.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in
Digital Marketing
to provide relevant, informed guidance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, academic counseling, or a related field.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of
Digital Marketing concepts
is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales.
Proven ability to manage objections and guide students toward informed academic decisions.
Results-driven with a history of meeting or surpassing sales or enrollment goals.
Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in
Microsoft Office
applications.
