Key Responsibilities:
? Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and recommend tailored learning solutions
? Counsel prospective learners and guide them in selecting the most relevant programs
? Act as the primary point of contact for enrolled participants, assisting them through the course duration
? Track and manage leads effectively using CRM tools
? Nurture ongoing relationships with participants to enhance their experience and encourage referrals
? Collaborate with senior team members to identify challenges and explore growth opportunitiesQualifications and SkillsWe are looking for individuals who combine a passion for helping others with STRONG communication and sales acumen.Must-Have:
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
? Problem-solving mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
? Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
? Confidence in engaging with clients and building trust
? Candidates must reside in India
Preferred:
? Prior experience in direct or hardcore sales (e.g., credit card sales, field sales)
