SILICA Institute conducts high quality classroom coaching programs for NID, NIFT, NATA, CEED and UCEED from 25 centres in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Indore, Nagpur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Nashik & Aurangabad.

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

We have Saturday and Sunday Compulsory working with 6 days working - Those who are comfortable can only apply. Per day 9 hrs. shift.

Looking for a dynamic personality taking care of Sales and operations hand in hand

- Good English Communication Skills.

- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / Power point Presentation

- Good at working in a Team

- Strong focus on Customer Service

- Strong interest in providing guidance on education

Responsibilities

? Interact with Students, Parents and Faculties to deliver Academic Outcomes.

? Monitor Academic Performance of students and helping them improve it.

? Provide guidance and mentoring to students and parents.

? Implement the academic process at the center.

? Maintain Attendance, Class Test Marks and other records in System software and Excel / Google Sheets.

? Help in resolving the parental queries and concerns, if any.

? Assist in the day-to-day administration of the center

? Work in a team and help others whenever required.

This role also involves the out door visit for educational purpose like campus visit and college visit for same day return some time may require a day stay. This role carrier outdoor marketing activities for promotion of the products as these will carried out for education purpose only.
With this we are looking for a personality who can take care of the counseling of Student for right career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
