The Counsellor will guide students toward suitable academic and career paths by understanding their interests, skills, and goals. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and goal-driven counselling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
Provide clear educational and career guidance aligned with students' goals.
Drive overall admission growth and meet monthly/weekly targets.
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries with effective counselling.
Organize and participate in on-campus/off-campus counselling events.
Maintain records, follow-ups, and ensure excellent student experience.
Work under deadlines while delivering high-quality support and conversions.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Counselling, Psychology, Education, Human/social services, people management or related field preferred).
1-3 years of counselling/admission experience (IELTS Work experience Preferred)
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM/software is an advantage.
