This is a senior-level role intended for experienced education consultancy professionals only. The selected candidate will be responsible for training, leading, and managing education consultants while driving admissions revenue and maintaining high counseling standards.
Key Responsibilities
Train education consultants on UG & PG online/distance programs
Educate teams on UGC, DEB, and NAAC accreditation standards
Develop counseling scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and SOPs
Lead and manage daily team operations and performance metrics
Track lead conversions, follow-ups, and closures
Handle complex and high-value student cases
Coordinate with backend admissions and university partners
Ensure compliance, accuracy, and ethical counseling practices
Eligibility Criteria
2-5 years of experience in education consultancy or admission counseling
Proven experience as a Trainer or Team Leader (preferred)
Strong understanding of online and distance education systems
Fluent in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage
