ixamBee is an online test prep and learning company that leverages technology to customize content and make quality education accessible. We help unskilled graduates and undergraduates in preparation of competitive exams for jobs in the centre government, banks, state governments, railways, LIC, etc. About 40 million students appear for such competitive exams every year, most of them coming from tier 2-3 cities and villages. Responsibilities
? Understand the user's education and background to access learning requirements.
? Assist students in resolving any issues related to the course content, learning materials, or platform navigation.
? Maintain regular communication with students to ensure they are progressing well.
? Collect and compile feedback from students about the course, services, or platform.
? Share insights and improvement suggestions with the relevant teams.

Qualifications
? Graduation
? Who can join immediately
? Freshers are welcomed Skills required
? Energetic and enthusiastic personality
? Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Writing, Reading and Speaking) and Hindi (Speaking)
? Basic knowledge of MS Office
