We're looking for an experienced

Academic Associate

(

Research Assistant)

to join our team, preferably with a background in education

(B.Ed. or equivalent)

and

teaching experience

. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting research projects, curriculum development, and academic activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:

Assist in developing and reviewing curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.

2. Syllabus Preparation:

Prepare and update syllabi for various courses, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

3. Academic Activities:

Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of academic activities, including workshops, seminars, and conferences.

4. Costume Preparation:

Assist in preparing educational materials, including costumes and props, for academic purposes.

5. Class Evaluation:

Evaluate recorded classes, providing feedback on teaching methods, content delivery, and student engagement.

6. Research Support:

Conduct literature reviews, gather data, and assist in data analysis for research projects.

7. Collaboration:

Work closely with faculty members, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

- B.Ed. or equivalent degree in Education

- Teaching experience

- Strong understanding of curriculum development and academic activities

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in research projects or academic settings

- Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
