We are looking for an energetic

Academic Associate

for our company to provide private home tuition in an assigned location within Bhopal.

Key responsibilities

:

1. Conducting

personalized teaching session

s at students' locations (one-to-one classes)

2. Main focus on strengthening

students' basics

and fostering

clear understanding of concepts

3. Creating lesson plans that are

easy, simplified and interesting

4. Conducting

timely assessments

to evaluate student learning

5. Teaching with a sense of responsibility, aiming for consistent improvement in students' academic performance

Skills & Requirements

:

1. Excellent knowledge of the respective subjects

2. Prior teaching experience is preferred and will be considered an added advantage

3. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

4. Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment, managing deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

1. Candidates will be required to deliver a

demo session

as part of the final selection process

2. Teaching assignments will be within a

5 km radius

of the candidate's residence
