Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Ensure smooth handling of admission applications, documentation, and fee collection.
Follow up on leads (walk-ins, calls, digital campaigns, and referrals) to maximize conversions.
Collaborate with academic, finance, marketing and operations teams for seamless student onboarding.
Maintain accurate admission records and reports for review and audits.
Deliver excellent student and parent experience to build trust and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets set by management.
Adhere to institutional admission policies and compliance requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement in admission processes and student engagement.
DUTIES
Warm Greeting and Inquiry Handling:
Welcome parents and students warmly, creating a positive first impression. Listen attentively to their concerns and queries, providing friendly and professional assistance throughout their visit.
Information Management:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive FAQ document covering common inquiries. Ensure access to accurate information about the institute's programs, facilities, policies, and fee structures.
Program Familiarization:
Should have in-depth knowledge about Government exam courses which we are offering, including entrance exam preparation programs, course curriculum, faculty expertise, and hostel facilities. Explain these details clearly and concisely to interested parties.
