The Academic Assistant supports the academic team, faculty, and administration in ensuring smooth execution of teaching, learning, and administrative processes. This role involves assisting in academic coordination, maintaining student records, supporting faculty, and ensuring efficient communication between students, teachers, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic reports.
Support faculty in classroom management and student engagement activities.
Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, and performance reports.
Coordinate scheduling of classes, examinations, and academic events.
Provide administrative support such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and extracurricular activities.
Serve as a point of contact between students, parents, and the academic office.
Support the examination and assessment process (question papers, answer scripts, evaluation support).
Help in monitoring student progress and preparing summary reports for faculty.
Ensure compliance with academic policies and institutional guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (Education/Administration/related field preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
Full-time, on-campus role (some institutes may allow hybrid support).
Reports to: Academic Coordinator / Head of Academics / Principal.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
