About Academic Affairs Department:




The Academic Affairs Department at Anant National University is responsible for managing,coordinating, and enhancing all academic functions across the university. It ensures smooth operations of teaching, learning, and research, while maintaining compliance with academic standards, accreditation bodies, and institutional vision. The department plays a vital role in curriculum development, academic planning, policy implementation, and student-faculty support.

Required Educational Qualification




Masters' degree in Education, Management, Design or related field



Minimum 2-3 years of experience in academic administration, academic operations, or higher education management.



Experience with NAAC/UGC/NBA accreditation processes and academic audits is highly desirable.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)




Academic Policy & Governance: Implement academic policies, coordinate with academic councils and support compliance. Curriculum & Program Development: Facilitate curriculum design, review, and approval workflows. Academic Operations & Scheduling: Oversee academic calendars, timetables, examinations and inter-departmental coordination. Faculty & Student Support: Assist faculty in academic processes, guide students on academic matters, resolve academic concerns. Quality Assurance & Accreditation: Lead academic audits, documentation, and accreditation processes (NAAC, UGC, NBA, etc.). Research, Innovation & Collaboration Support: Promote research integration, industry partnerships, and interdisciplinary programs. Data, Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare periodic reports for leadership and governing bodies. Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to academic strategy, digital learning initiatives, and pedagogy innovation projects.
