(Roles aligned to Assistant / Associate Professor cadre based on experience)

Educational Qualifications & Experience

M.E / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Engineering

OR

Ph.D. in Arts & Science

OR

MBA / MDS / M.Pharm / M.Sc Nursing / Relevant Post graduate qualification

3-10 years of experience in Academics / Accreditation / Quality Assurance / Industry

Fresh Candidates:

Postgraduates with strong academic credentials, willingness for extensive field travel, and interest in accreditation and academic consulting may also apply.

Mandatory Exposure & Experience

Practical experience in NAAC / NBA Accreditation (Cycle I / II / III / Re-accreditation)

Handling IIQA, SSR, AQAR, DVV clarifications

NBA SAR preparation, OBE mapping, CO-PO-PSO alignment

Knowledge of NIRF, AISHE, NEP 2020, academic audits

Strong documentation and evidence-management skills

Desirable Experience

- Nursing & Pharmacy Colleges

Experience in Nursing Colleges (GNM / B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing) and/or

Pharmacy Colleges (D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm)

Knowledge of INC, PCI, State Nursing Council norms

Exposure to clinical training documentation, teaching hospital tie-ups, skill labs, logbooks

Experience in statutory inspections, council approvals, peer team visits

Key Responsibilities

Academic advisory and institutional consulting

Implementation of IQAC systems and CQI frameworks

Guiding institutions for NAAC & NBA accreditation readiness

Faculty mentoring and capacity building

Supporting ERP / COE / E-Governance solutions

Business development support and institutional coordination

Extensive field visits across PAN India (approx. 20-25 days/month)

Job Location & Travel

Base Location: Coimbatore

Extensive travel across PAN India, including:

Chennai, Bangalore, Mysore, Trivandrum, Kochi, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Mumbai, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Indore, Kolkata, Delhi

Desirable Skills

Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

High adaptability to field-based roles

Knowledge of

Hindi and regional languages

is an added advantage

Ability to work independently and deliver under timelines
