Academic and Career Advisor

. Academic Counsellors is will be responsible for student counseling, communication, career counseling, academic advising, and education-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel students on course offerings, benefits, and career opportunities. Helping leaners to choose right course. Regular follow up with leads Converting students and enquiries to admissions. Convert leads into enrollments through consultative sales techniques. Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with students. Coordinate with admission process. Reporting the issues faced by the leaners while taking admission. Ensure timely handling of student applications and communications Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow-up activities efficiently

Requirements:

Strong ability to empathize and build trust with students and parents Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales goals Experience using CRM systems for lead and pipeline management Fluent in English Must have a working LAPTOP n stable NETWORK CONNECTION.

Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills Communication skills Academic Advising and Education knowledge Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team Experience in the education industry is a plus
