Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via phone calls, emails, and online platforms regarding Digital Marketing programs.
Achieve and exceed monthly admission sales targets.
Understand student requirements, provide course details, and recommend suitable learning paths.
Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and close enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and conversions in CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Stay updated with the latest trends and industry insights in Digital Marketing to better advise students.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in telesales, academic counselling, or related roles.
Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of
Digital Marketing courses
(SEO, SEM, Social Media, Analytics, etc.) preferred.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Strong ability to handle objections and close admissions.
Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
