for Academic Advisor



An academic advisor in sales and marketing acts as an education sales consultant, counseling prospective students on their academic and career goals while also driving sales for educational programs and services.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and sales skills, coupled with a solid understanding of educational offerings and student needs.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Enrollment:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by enrolling students into appropriate programs.

Academic Counseling:

Provide personalized academic and career guidance to students, helping them align their choices with their goals.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and their families, ensuring excellent customer service.

Reporting:

Monitor and report on sales performance and team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is often required.

Sales Experience:

A proven track record in sales, especially in the education sector, is essential.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to persuade and build rapport with prospective students and their families.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and provide empathetic guidance.

Sales & CRM Tools:

Proficiency in CRM software like Sales force and Microsoft Office Suite is often a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
