We are seeking motivated and goal-driven Academic Advisors with experience in telesales, academic counseling, or inside sales. In this role, you will assist prospective students in choosing the right Digital Marketing courses that align with their career aspirations. Your core responsibility will be to drive course enrollments by effectively engaging with leads and offering tailored guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one academic counseling to prospective students through phone, email, and digital channels.
Understand each student's career goals and recommend appropriate Digital Marketing programs such as SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets.
Follow up diligently with leads to build strong relationships and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Accurately document all lead interactions and enrollments in the CRM system.
Stay informed about current trends and developments in Digital Marketing to provide up-to-date and relevant advice.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, academic advising, or a similar role.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach to sales.
Proven ability to handle objections and guide students toward suitable educational choices.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales or enrollment targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
