Digital Marketing courses
based on their career goals. Your primary responsibility will be to support lead conversion and drive course enrollments through effective communication and personalized guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized academic counseling to prospective students via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Understand individual career objectives and recommend suitable Digital Marketing programs (e.g.,
SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Analytics
, etc.).
Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets.
Follow up proactively with leads, build strong relationships, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments using the
CRM system
.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Digital Marketing to offer current and relevant advice.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years in telesales, academic advising, inside sales, or a related role.
Knowledge:
A basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close sales.
Proficient in handling objections and guiding students toward suitable academic choices.
Target-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting sales or enrollment KPIs.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
and Microsoft Office applications.
