We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused

Academic Advisor

to guide and support learners in their academic journey. The candidate will play a key role in providing academic counseling, monitoring student progress, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students. Assist students in selecting courses, subjects, and academic pathways. Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide feedback. Address academic challenges and suggest improvement strategies. Collaborate with faculty and administration to implement academic policies. Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and student development programs. Maintain records of student progress and counseling sessions. Support in planning and implementing institutional academic strategies.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of academic frameworks and career pathways. Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively. Organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree is mandatory (Master's degree preferred in Education, Counseling, or related field). 2-5 years of experience in academic advising, counseling, or education sector. Male candidate preferred as per institutional requirements.
