Key Responsibilities:

Make

inbound and outbound sales calls

to prospective leads. Clearly

communicate program offerings

, match customer needs, and provide effective counselling.

Proactively follow up

with leads to ensure closure and conversion. Maintain high

quality and ethical standards

as per organizational guidelines. Build

rapport and trust

with potential clients; if required, encourage office visits to boost conversions. Keep an

accurate and up-to-date database

of call logs, follow-ups, and lead status. Foster a

positive team environment

and contribute to team goals. Ensure

timely follow-ups

and maintain

excellent service standards

throughout the sales cycle.
