We are looking for a highly experienced and student-focused

Senior Academic Advisor

to provide advanced academic and career guidance, support student success initiatives, and mentor junior advisors. The Senior Academic Advisor will play a key role in helping students achieve their academic goals while contributing to institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide academic advising on course planning, program selection, and degree completion. Offer career guidance and support students in aligning academic paths with professional goals. Mentor and train junior academic advisors to ensure effective student support. Monitor and evaluate student progress, addressing academic challenges with timely interventions. Develop and implement student success strategies, workshops, and orientation sessions. Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration to resolve academic issues. Maintain accurate advising records, reports, and documentation. Stay updated on institutional policies, curriculum changes, and industry trends.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience

in academic advising, student support, or counseling. Strong mentoring and leadership skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage complex student cases with empathy and professionalism. Knowledge of academic management systems and proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
