Role Overview

Codebrucke Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Advisor to guide prospective learners in choosing suitable courses and support enrollments. The role involves academic counselling combined with a sales-oriented approach, particularly within the EdTech domain.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on available courses, career paths, and learning outcomes Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective academic guidance Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and in-person interactions Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding Achieve individual and team enrollment targets Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitors
Required Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in EdTech sales or academic counselling is mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and influence decision-making Target-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach
Added Advantage

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing Experience handling CRM tools and student databases
