Job Overview:

We are looking for a

student-focused Academic Advisor

to guide prospective learners through their admission journey. This role involves counseling students, converting leads into enrollments, following up consistently, and achieving monthly targets, all while ensuring a positive and supportive student experience. Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise prospective students on academic programs that align with their interests and career goals Convert inquiries into enrollments by clearly explaining program details, benefits, and admission procedures Meet monthly counseling and enrollment targets Communicate with students via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, webinars, and virtual counseling sessions Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize student conversion rates Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and seamless admission process

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video

Preferred Skills:

Ability to build strong rapport with students and parents Persuasive communication and presentation skills Prior experience in EdTech, educational institutions, or training institutes is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
