Key Responsibilities:
Advise prospective students on academic programs aligned with their interests and career goals
Convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining program details, benefits, and admission procedures
Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets
Communicate with students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, webinars, and virtual counseling sessions
Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize student conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance
Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video
Preferred Skills:
Ability to build strong rapport with students and parents
Persuasive communication and presentation skills
Prior experience in EdTech, educational institutions, or training institutes is a plus
