We are looking for a student-focused Academic Advisor to guide prospective learners through the end-to-end admission process. This role involves counseling students, handling inquiries, conducting regular follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment targets while delivering a positive and supportive student experience. Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students to help them select programs aligned with their interests and career goals
Convert student inquiries into enrollments by clearly explaining program offerings, benefits, and admission procedures
Achieve assigned monthly counseling and enrollment targets
Engage with students via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, webinars, and virtual sessions
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission process
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance
Target-driven, well-organized, and proactive in follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video
Preferred Skills:
Strong rapport-building skills with students and parents
Persuasive communication and presentation abilities
Prior experience in EdTech, education, or training institutes is an added advantage
