Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and student-centric Academic Advisor to counsel prospective learners and guide them through the complete admission process. The role focuses on student counseling, inquiry management, regular follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment goals while ensuring a positive student experience.
Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students to help them select programs aligned with their interests and career objectives
Convert inquiries into enrollments by clearly explaining program offerings, benefits, and admission procedures
Meet assigned monthly counseling and enrollment targets
Engage with students through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, webinars, and virtual sessions
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and seamless admission process
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance
Target-driven, well-organized, and proactive with follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
