Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students to help them choose programs aligned with their interests and career goals
Convert inquiries into admissions by clearly explaining program features, benefits, and enrollment procedures
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets
Engage with students via calls, WhatsApp, email, webinars, and virtual sessions
Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions
Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and progress in the CRM
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to provide a seamless admission experience
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance
Target-driven, organized, and consistent with follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video
Preferred Skills:
Ability to build strong rapport with students and parents
Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills
Experience in EdTech or training institutes is a plus
