Key Responsibilities
Counsel students to help them choose programs aligned with their interests and career goals
Convert inquiries into admissions by clearly explaining program features, benefits, and enrollment procedures
Meet monthly counseling and admission targets
Connect with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, webinars, and virtual sessions
Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions
Document all student interactions and progress in the CRM system
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission experience
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and offer appropriate guidance
Target-driven, organized, and consistent with follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms

Ability to build strong rapport with students and parents
Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills
Experience in EdTech or training institutes is an added advantage
