Key Responsibilities:
Guide students in selecting programs that match their academic goals and interests
Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining program details, benefits, and enrollment steps
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets
Engage with students via calls, WhatsApp, email, webinars, and virtual sessions
Maintain timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
Record all student interactions and progress in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for a smooth admission process
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and provide guidance
Target-driven, organized, and disciplined with follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
Mandatory:

Preferred Skills:
Ability to build rapport with students and parents
Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills
Experience in EdTech or training institutes is an advantage
