Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and career counseling to students and parents
Explain course details, curriculum, fees, and career outcomes
Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
Build strong relationships and maintain student records
Achieve weekly/monthly counseling & admission targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of experience in academic counseling / EdTech / sales preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work under targets
Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
