Key Responsibilities
Advise prospective students and recommend suitable programs based on their academic goals and interests
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by explaining program details, benefits, and enrollment procedures
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets
Engage with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, webinars, and virtual sessions
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth conversions
Update and record all student interactions and progress accurately in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission experience
Requirements
Minimum
1 year
of experience in academic counseling, admissions, sales, or similar roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student needs and guide them effectively
Strong follow-up discipline and a target-driven mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms

Prior experience in EdTech or training institutes is an added advantage
