Provide accurate, updated guidance on courses, universities, and destinations (UK/Canada/Europe/Australia).
Understand each student's profile and recommend suitable academic pathways.
Handle the complete admissions cycle: counselling ? application ? documentation ? follow-up ? conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly conversion targets consistently.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and speed in processing.
Participate in outreach activities, seminars, and marketing events.
Take initiative in self-learning to stay updated on university requirements, visa rules, and scholarships.
Maintain CRM/database with systematic follow-ups and timely updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field (student counselling / overseas education only).
Strong sales mindset with the ability to close leads confidently.
Self-motivated, self-learning, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead conversations, influence decisions, and guide students to the right outcomes.
Goal-driven personality with commitment to personal and organisational growth.
Team player with leadership qualities and a willingness to support peers.
Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple cases efficiently.
