We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Academic Advisors to join Talrop's EdTech team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales of our EdTech courses through both B2C (students and parents) and B2B (schools and colleges) channels. This is a target and incentive-based role focused on lead conversion through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with incoming leads via calls, messages, and emails to understand their needs and provide suitable course recommendations. o Convert potential leads into enrolled learners by showcasing the value and benefits of Talrop's EdTech offerings. o Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and colleges to drive institutional partnerships and bulk enrollments. o Meet weekly and monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up and high conversion rates. o Coordinate with the internal team for timely support in onboarding and customer success. o Maintain clear and up-to-date records of lead interactions, progress, and closures in CRM tools. o Continuously improve sales tactics through feedback, training, and performance reviews. Required Qualifications and Skills: o Bachelor's degree in any discipline. o 0-2 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or customer service. Freshers with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply. o Excellent communication skills in English and the local language. o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and convert leads.
Proven interest in sales and EdTech. o Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-driven attitude. o Experience in working with both B2B (institutions) and B2C (individual students) is a plus. o Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication, and CRM tools.
