We are looking for passionate and results-driven Academic Advisors with experience in telesales, academic counseling, or related roles. In this position, you will guide prospective students in selecting the right Digital Marketing courses based on their goals, and play a key role in converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic counseling to prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms.
Understand student goals and recommend suitable Digital Marketing programs (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Analytics, etc.).
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly admission and sales targets.
Proactively follow up with leads, build relationships, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Accurately maintain lead and enrollment data in CRM systems.
Stay updated on the latest trends in Digital Marketing to offer informed and relevant advice.
Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years in telesales, academic counseling, inside sales, or a similar role.
Domain Knowledge:
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close sales.
Confidence in handling objections and guiding students to the right decision.
Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
