Key Responsibilities
Student Outreach & Engagement
: Act as the primary liaison for prospective students and parents, delivering comprehensive information on academic programs, admission criteria, and institutional highlights.
Lead Management & Conversion
: Manage inbound and outbound leads, respond to inquiries promptly, and convert prospects into confirmed enrolments using strategic counselling methodologies.
Target Achievement
: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment objectives, both individually and as part of a team.
Relationship Development
: Build and nurture trust-based relationships with students and their families to drive a seamless and reassuring admissions journey.
CRM & Reporting
: Maintain meticulous records of all prospect interactions, lead statuses, and conversion metrics in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting.
candidate profile and requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (in any discipline).
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal poise.
Persuasive yet student?centred counselling style that supports decisions with empathy and clarity.
High target orientation; excellent under pressure and consistently motivated.
Prior experience in academic counselling, admissions, or telesales is a
