Role Summary:
We're looking for proactive and goal-driven Academic Counsellors to join our sales team. In this role, you'll guide students and parents toward the right academic choices through a mix of counselling and consultative sales.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from our lead database.
Understand individual student goals and recommend suitable programs.
Clearly explain course details, schedules, and benefits.
Build trust and long-term relationships through genuine academic guidance.
Convert leads into confirmed enrolments and meet monthly targets.
Keep CRM records updated with all call and follow-up activity.
Collaborate with academic and marketing teams on updates and campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Prior experience in academic counselling, telecalling, or education is an advantage.
Skills Needed:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and persuasion skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and people-friendly.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
