We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic

Academic Advisor

to guide students through their educational journey. This role requires a strong commitment to student success by providing academic guidance, supporting career development, and ensuring learners stay on track with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on program choices, course selection, and academic planning. Assist learners in identifying career paths aligned with their interests and skills. Monitor academic performance, track progress, and provide improvement strategies. Support students in resolving academic challenges and provide mentorship. Conduct orientation sessions, advising workshops, and awareness programs. Collaborate with faculty, placement, and administrative teams to enhance student outcomes. Maintain accurate advising records and generate periodic reports. Stay updated on academic trends, industry requirements, and higher education opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree 2-5 years of experience in academic advising, student counseling, or career guidance (preferred). Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and student-centric approach. Knowledge of academic policies, career pathways, and higher education systems. Proficiency in MS Office and student information systems/CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
