Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and digital leads to achieve admission targets.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assist students in selecting suitable courses.
Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure student satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
4-5 years of proven experience in admissions, student counseling, or education sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
Highly motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
